- The subject person has the right to withdraw their prior consent at any time.
- The subject person has the right to obtain their background screening report and to contest its content.
- The subject person has the right to correct, modify, or request the deletion of any data contained in the report.
- The company does not retain the report or the data contained in it after the purpose has been fulfilled and does not share it with anyone except with the consent of the subject person.
- Background screening does not result in discrimination against individuals for any reason.
