E-law has obtained membership in the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), making it the only company in Egypt and Africa to achieve this distinction.
The company’s membership in this global association is a recognition of its commitment to the highest standards of performance and ethics in the legal and information screening industry. PBSA includes more than 880 companies from around the world, conducting millions of employment background checks. PBSA members are considered “consumer reporting agencies” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and are regulated by both the FTC and CFPB.
